Disabling Smart Events in HikConnect app

 In the HikConnect app, on the main Home page:

 

  - Select the three dots above the recorder

      

      - Select Settings from the drop-down menu

     - Select the three dots in the lower right corner

      

     

- From the pop-up menu, select Remote Configuration

      

     

      - Smart Event

      

     

      - Choose the camera you wish to disable the event for

      - Disable "Enable Intrusion Detection"

      

This is only recommended under advisement of XONE support staff, as disabling some events can remove the ability to record footage.
