Activating or Renewing your 4Sight Subscription



Steps on activating/renewing your 4Sight Subscription

You will need to know your Control4 Email and Password you used when you setup your account. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it.

1. In a Web Browser, go to this link customer.control4.com



2. Login with your Control4 Account (Email Address and Password)

Your username is your email address
If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it.



3. On the left hand side of the screen, you should see a button that says "Subscribe". Press the button to continue



4. On the next page, you should see the following screen. Insert your card details and select "Automatically renew" if desired.



5. Then select "Buy 4Sight" and you are done!

Please wait 5 - 10 minutes for 4Sight to apply to your system, then you will be able to access the Remote Access Features
